At Accuracy Call-Center Solutions, we are very much interested and invested in ensuring that your patient receives the best care possible even when your clinics are not operating or during after hours.  As a result, we have well-trained and qualified medical providers including physicians and advanced practice providers (NP/ PA) that can provide on-call consultations during after hours. All communications are documented and provided to your care team the following day.
