Here at Accuracy Call Center Solutions, we appreciate the fact that accurate scheduling of appointments improves patient access to care which is paramount for any medical organization and therefore we take that very seriously.  All appointment related phone calls are always handled professionally and efficiently.

We partner with our customers, and having direct access to their Electronic Medical Records (EMR), we are able to follow your designated scheduling template to schedule patient appointments at the time of each call as needed.  We are able to also perform appointment cancellations and rescheduling with the appropriate supportive documentations.
